Løvens Gård on the former B&W site is located in a U-shaped block in the south-west corner of Christiansbro. The buildings are subdivided to relate to the scale and typologies of Christianshavn. The neighbourhood is named after three of Christianshavn's old bastions. In addition to Løvens Gård, the block includes Elefantens Gård and Unicorn's Gård.
Facing Overgaden Neden Vandet, Løvens Gård rises four storeys high, plus a penthouse floor with a pent roof that mirrors the roofs along Christianshavn's canal in a contemporary design language. The roof floor is recessed in three places to make room for generous roof terraces. The more homogeneous L-shaped part of the building - Elefantens Gård and Unicorn's Gård - rises to 5 storeys plus a flat-roofed penthouse. This part relates to the modernist, densely compressed part of Christiansbro along Hammershøis Kaj and Wildersgade, which houses Nordea, among others.
