Tip of Nordø has been shortlisted for this year’s Dezeen Awards, nominated in the category “Workplace (Large)”.
Designed in collaboration with COBE and Third Nature, the Tip of Nordø rises 60 metres above Copenhagen’s harbour as a new landmark celebrating the area’s industrial heritage. With its angled façades optimising daylight and reducing energy consumption, and a green public courtyard bringing light, air, and nature into the heart of the building, the design reflects our ambition to create workplaces that are open, inclusive, and closely connected to the city.
This year, more than 4,300 projects from 89 countries entered the competition, and Tip of Nordø is now among the 92 finalists. The project is one of only five shortlisted in the “Workplace Project (Large)” category. Winners will be announced in November 2025. Read more about the Dezeen award, here.
It is a great honour to see Tip of Nordø recognised among the world’s best buildings – selected from thousands of entries worldwide. A heartfelt thank you and congratulations to our collaborators for the strong partnership that made the project possible.
In 2015, we won the competition to design Tip of Nordø together with Cobe, Third Nature and Rambøll. The building was constructed by PFA Ejendomme, and since early 2024, Bech-Bruun and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners have been conducting their daily business there.
