Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects has published its 2025 Annual Report, delivering strong financial results driven by a diversified portfolio, broad architectural expertise, and long-standing client relationships.
The financial results show revenue growth of 7.1%, bringing total revenue to DKK 155.9 million. The results reinforce the company’s stable market position in an otherwise uncertain environment, where investment in development projects has been subdued across much of the industry in recent years.
The combination of strong design capabilities, a high degree reliability, and long-term client relationships has ensured a healthy level of activity across ongoing projects, while also generating new commissions in both the public and private sectors.
The expansion of Terminal 3 at Copenhagen Airport and the framework agreement with the Danish Building and Property Agency, concluded at the end of 2024, have significantly influenced the company’s activities and will continue to shape its project pipeline in the years ahead.
EBITDA amounted to DKK 22.0 million, corresponding to an EBITDA margin of 14.1%. Management considers the net profit of DKK 15.8 million satisfactory and points to the strength of being able to deliver consultancy services across a broad spectrum of projects—from large and complex healthcare facilities to smaller transformation and renovation projects, and everything in between.
“2025 confirms the strength of our business model. Revenue growth of 7% and an EBITDA margin of 14% in a market characterised by caution demonstrate that the breadth of our expertise and our long-standing client relationships provide a resilience that is not dependent on individual projects or market cycles,” says the Group CFO of Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects.
Looking ahead
Management expects market uncertainty to persist but believes that the firm’s strong project portfolio will support further growth. Revenue is expected to increase to between DKK 160 million and DKK 170 million, while EBITDA is forecast to be in the range of DKK 20–25 million.
