‘Krøyers Plads’ er en moderne fortolkning af de gamle havnelagre. Projektet består af 38 eksklusive lejligheder kombineret med en havnefront, en ny plads samt livlige og attraktive restauranter i stueetagen. Projektet ligger på en unik placering i Københavns havn med udsigt til ‘Nyhavn’ og som nabo til verdens bedste restaurant, ‘Noma’. Arkitekturen nytænker de gamle pakhuse, og facaderne er opført i specialfremstillede mursten, så bygningen falder naturligt ind blandt de omkringliggende historiske bygninger. Projektet er de første lejligheder i Danmark, der er miljømærket med Svanemærket.

Den helende arkitektur i Nyt Hospital Nordsjælland – tegnet af Herzog & de Meuron – vil sætte nye standarder for hospitalsdesign og behandling. Med blot fire etager på det højeste punkt er hospitalet trods sin størrelse designet i menneskelig skala. Den bløde, organiske form som et firekløver forbinder hospitalets mange funktioner og sikrer både tryghed og effektive flow. For at understøtte patienternes helingsproces vil alle sengestuer have udsigt enten til den grønne have i midten eller til det omkringliggende landskab.

“Krøyers Plads” Is a modern version of the old harbor warehouses. The project consists of 38 high end apartments in combination with harbor front a new square and lively and attractive restaurants in the ground floor. The project has a prime location at the Copenhagen harbor overlooking “New Haven” and neighbor to the world best restaurant “Noma”. The architecture is reinterpreting the old warehouses. The facades are made off special tiles, making the building able to blend with the surrounding historical buildings. The project is the first apartments in Denmark to be Eco labeled by the Nordic Eco label.

The healing architecture of New North Zealand Hospital – designed by Herzog & de Meuron – will set new standards in healthcare design and healthcare delivery. With a modest four floors at its highest point, the hospital is designed on a very human scale despite its large size. The soft, organic form of a four-leaf clover connects the many components of the hospital and ensures a feeling of safety as well as efficient flows. To support the healing of each patient the wards will have a view over the green garden in the centre or over the surrounding landscape.”
