The project company Kronløbsøen Projekt P/S has just announced that the winning team of the competition for Kronløbsøen is Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects, COBE, Rambøll Denmark, and STED city and landscape architects.

This spring CPH City & Port Development invited participants to a project competition for Kronløbsøen. Kronløbsøen will be Denmark’s new island and an important connecting link in the Nordhavn where it will connect the Århusgade quarter with Sundmolen.

The project will include an underground car park with space for 1,000 cars, housing, industry and green areas. The project is expected to be carried out by 2020.
