Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects and Wingårdhs Arkitekter to design new development in Carlsberg City

The development consists of a perimeter block with a 120-metre tower, with a total floor area of approximately 76,000 m², comprising around 35,000 m² of residential space, 14,000 m² of commercial space, 2,000 m² of retail, and 25,000 m² of basement.

This is the first collaboration between Vilhelm Lauritzen and Wingårdhs Arkitekter, one of Sweden’s leading architectural practices.

The project is being developed in collaboration with 1:1 Landskab, Midtconsult and Aarsleff, acting as consultants for Carlsberg Byen.
