Over the coming years, 234 new homes will be built in Ørestad South. The housing project has been developed by Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects in collaboration with Topdanmark Ejendomme A/S, Agenda Property, Casa, and the engineering consultancy Moe, with the groundbreaking expected to take place at the end of 2016. The plan is for the project to be completed in 2019.

The housing blocks, located in construction plot 3.5 in Ørestad South, will range from four to seven storeys and will cover a total of 22,400 m², plus a basement area of almost 7,000 m².
