Winner of the Danish Building and Property Agency’s new framework agreement

The Danish Building and Property Agency has today announced that Hoffmann has won the agency’s new strategic framework agreement. The agreement is a new design and build contract running over four years, with Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects, H+ Architects and MOE as sub-consultants.

The agreement initially covers all construction tasks, including new builds, laboratories, modernisation and maintenance, with an expected volume of between DKK 1.4 billion and DKK 1.8 billion.

"We look forward to working with the Danish Building and Property Agency under Hoffmann’s leadership and with the rest of the team. Together, we will work with a strong focus on delivering high quality by leveraging the synergies gained through sharing knowledge and experience in a long-term collaboration," says Thomas West Jensen, partner at Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects.

With today’s announcement, the Danish Building and Property Agency is launching a framework agreement as part of its efforts to strengthen the role of the client.

“We have in recent years worked intensively to strengthen our client role at the Danish Building and Property Agency. Now we are taking the next natural step by bringing those who will execute our builds closer to us. It’s about having the full team of consultants and contractors on board from the start, when the important decisions are made—and about becoming better together, from one build to the next,” says the agency’s director, Rasmus Brandt Lassen.

The strategic framework agreement is expected to be signed before the end of the year.
