A striking architect leaves Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects

After almost 30 years, partner Thomas Scheel has decided to stop his activity at Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects.

Since 1994, Thomas Scheel has worked at Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects, first as an architect and then as a partner, and he has had an invaluable influence on the company's development and architectural quality. His biggest projects are characterised by the fact that they are all complex in their own way. These are places and buildings for many people and with special requirements for function, and his approach is that a building should not be about the architect, but about the place and the buildings and urban spaces they create.

At Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects, we are pleased that Thomas Scheel has, over so many years, contributed to a number of significant projects and to the development of the company and colleagues. We will miss his input in daily life, but we are happy that we will continue to collaborate whenever possible.
