Spindekrogen

The area has undergone a transformation from industrial to residential. But still with business close by. With the new bicycle and pedestrian bridge over the railway line, you can quickly reach the city centre, and the proximity to the S-train station makes the area attractive, also for commuters to Copenhagen and the surrounding area.

The housing project is based on the vision of creating an attractive and vibrant living environment that is innovative and realisable in a timeless architectural expression.

In Spindekrogen, homes have been created that emphasise energy and environmental considerations in a long-term sustainable perspective.

Architecturally, the starting point is the simple and beautiful Nordic housing tradition, which with its human scale and living facades is still one of the most attractive types of housing.

Throughout the day, light is captured in the simple surfaces of the buildings, which, with their shifts, emphasise a beautiful, multi-faceted composition. The intermittent balconies enhance this experience.
