Zleep Hotel

Zleep Hotel is located in Amager's new district, Ørestaden, a stone's throw from the Royal Arena and the metro and in close proximity to the motorway. It is an affordable alternative with an ideal location for overnight concertgoers and tourists, and the hotel is easily accessible with a simple interior design in line with the hotel chain's concept.

Zleep Hotel is designed as a block and faces a communal courtyard, which hotel guests share with their neighbours in the private residences. The combination of private homes and businesses, together with the cultural offerings, creates a vibrant neighbourhood. The hotel has a total of 211 rooms. Half of the rooms face Ørestad's Boulevard and the other half face the courtyard.

An honest rawness in Ørestad's new hotel

The facade is polished concrete. Inside, the hotel has a raw and industrial look with exposed pipes and ventilation and ceilings in expanded metal. The rooms are decorated in light-coloured materials in a Nordic style. The raw simplicity provides an interior design that harmonises with the hotel's concept of simple, quality accommodation. Zleep Hotel is experienced as an honest house, where the architecture and design reflect the hotel's price range.

The car park flanks the hotel and forms a buffer towards Hannemanns Allé. The facades are constructed with glass louvres that create natural ventilation for the cars' exhaust fumes. The slats, which vary slightly in colour, reflect the sky and create an almost shimmering facade. The car park is a large volume, but the facades make it appear light. The Burger King restaurant is located on the corner of Ørestads Boulevard and Hannemanns Allé.
